How to install an eSIM

Install the eSIM in advance, at home over Wi-Fi. You can switch it on once you arrive.

iPhone (iOS)

  1. 1Open Settings → Cellular.
  2. 2Tap Add eSIM → Use QR Code.
  3. 3Scan the QR code from your email or account.
  4. 4Wait for the profile to load and tap Next.
  5. 5Name the line (for example, “Trip”) and save.
  6. 6Turn on Data Roaming for this eSIM — it's ready to use.

Android

  1. 1Open Settings → Network & internet → SIMs.
  2. 2Choose Add SIM or Download a SIM instead.
  3. 3Scan the QR code from your email or account.
  4. 4Confirm the profile download.
  5. 5Select the new eSIM for mobile data.
  6. 6Turn on Data Roaming for this eSIM.
